The Waris Foundation is a non-profit ( 501 c 3) organization that provides humanitarian aid to people suffering from water shortages, food insecurity, and healthcare disparities. Our vast network of resources spread out globally play an integral role in empowering these distressed communities. Our team of volunteers respond not only to sudden needs such as those brought on by financial, environmental, and communal calamities, but also pay close attention to long-term issues such as food insecurity and other social determinants of health and well-being. Our Foundation helps foster healthy and vibrant societies by targeting structural inequality in the form of barriers to healthcare, education, and social services.
“Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”
Mother Teresa
